Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement sent via email to:

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly custom ir personalized.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
- Perishable goods.
