What to do if you would like to return an online purchase:

2. Put the item back in the original packaging and send it safely and with the correct postage to Mintuchi:

You have 14 days from the delivery date to let us know that you would like to return an item. Returned items must be in perfect condition. Please do not remove any tags or packaging. If an item is not in it’s original condition and packaging you will not be eligible for a refund. Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless faulty.
Please note, we are unable to pay the postage cost for a returned item, unless faulty and we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we are not be able to process a return that doesn't reach us safely in the post.
Within 3 working days of receiving your return we will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund your refund will processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
